Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase—but if something isn't quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging, with tags attached (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@puppetvendors.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

A flat-rate return shipping fee will apply and be deducted from your refund. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label once your return is approved.

Note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • We do not accept returns on sale items, digital products, or gift cards unless defective.
